Content Policy
SlopTV is for AI-made film, music video, series and gloriously bad slop. These rules keep it fun and legal. Breaking them can get posts removed and accounts banned.
Required on every submission
- AI disclosure: the video must be made substantially with generative AI, and you confirm that when you submit.
- Honest credits and tools: credit the real creators and the tools actually used. Don't claim other people's work as yours.
- Correct channel and runtime: Shorts are 40 minutes or less; Feature Length is longer; Series posts need a series name and episode number.
Not allowed
- Sexual content of any kind, including nudity, sexualised deepfakes and anything involving minors (which we report to NCMEC).
- Real people without consent: any video using a real, identifiable person's face or voice needs their consent, and you must attest to it. Deceptive deepfakes of real people (for example, fake statements by politicians) are not allowed even with an attestation.
- Harassment, hate, threats or content that promotes violence against people or groups.
- Content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes copyright (see Copyright & DMCA).
- Spam, scams, malware, engagement bait, or links to anything other than the video itself.
- Vote manipulation: vote rings, multiple accounts, bought votes.
The Slop channel
Slop is for affectionately terrible AI video. Ironic is fine; everything above still applies. Slop doesn't appear in the main home feed.
