TAKE IT DOWN Act Requests
SlopTV does not allow sexual content of any kind. Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, anyone depicted in an intimate image or video shared without consent, including AI-generated “deepfakes”, can ask us to remove it. So can someone authorized to act for them.
How to make a request
Use the removal request form. No account is needed. It asks for:
- your name and a way to contact you;
- a link to the content on our site, plus any other copies you know of;
- a brief statement that you believe in good faith the depiction was published without consent;
- your electronic signature.
Our commitment
We act on valid requests as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving them. We also make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies on our site. We email you a reference number and tell you when it is done. We never show who made a request.
We remove the link and embed from our site. The video itself lives on YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok, so please report it to that platform too. You can also file a complaint with the FTC at TakeItDown.ftc.gov.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative crisis helpline is 844-878-2274 (24/7).
