Terms of Service

1. What SlopTV is

SlopTV is a community-ranked directory of AI-generated video. Members submit links to videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok; we show the title, thumbnail, credits and an embedded player supplied by that platform. We do not host or store video files. Those platforms' own terms apply when you watch through their players.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and you confirm this when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in email secure.

3. What you can submit

  • Links to videos made substantially with AI tools, with accurate credits, tools and runtime.
  • You must confirm the AI-disclosure statement on every submission.
  • If a video shows a real person's likeness, you must attest that you have their consent.
  • Everything must follow the Content Policy. No sexual content of any kind.
  • You may submit work you don't own (for example, to credit a creator you admire), but only accurate links to lawfully published videos.

4. Rights

Creators keep all rights in their work. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the link, title, thumbnail, credits and metadata you provide, and to show the platform's embedded player, in order to run and promote SlopTV. You can ask us to remove your submissions at any time.

5. Votes, rankings and contests

Rankings come from member votes and recency. Don't manipulate them: no vote rings, purchased votes or multiple accounts. Contest rules are posted with each contest and override these terms where they conflict.

6. Removal and enforcement

We may hide or remove any post and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the Content Policy, or where required by law. We follow the TAKE IT DOWN Act process (action within 48 hours of a valid request) and the DMCA process, including terminating repeat infringers (3 upheld notices) in appropriate circumstances.

7. Unclaimed creator profiles

We may create profiles for creators credited on submitted work. A creator can claim their profile by verifying ownership, or ask us to remove it.

8. Disclaimers

SlopTV is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't control third-party videos or platforms and aren't responsible for them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Contact: mod@sloptv.si.
